WHAT TO DO BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT

Shower before your appointment. This may sound silly but you are not allowed to get your lashes wet for 24 hrs after your appointment so showering before hand will help you in this endeavor.

Come to your appointment with CLEAN lashes. No mascara or eyeshadow. Makeup and residue will prevent your lashes from adhering to the glue properly.

Make sure to tell your lash artist of any allergies you have to acrylates, latex or adhesives.

Do check to make sure you are not 3 days from starting your menstrual cycle or on day 1 of your cycle when you come in for your appointment. All the hormones fluctuating in your body can affect how well you retain your lashes, so make sure to book your appointment at least 3 days before and 2 days after that glorious time of the month.

Please use the restroom before your appointment. Lash appointments can take anywhere from 45-180 minutes and it takes time away from your lash artist to have to stop midway through and take everything off your eyes for you to use the restroom.

WHAT TO DO DURING YOUR APPOINTMENT

Relax. You are welcome to bring headphones to listen to music or podcasts. If you need a blanket, the fan on, bigger pillow etc... please let us know. We want your time with us to be as relaxing as possible.

If you are experiencing any burning, itching or irritation of ANY kind during your appointment PLEASE let us know.

Please keep your eyes closed. We can only do our job when your eyes are closed so silence your phones and put any distractions away so we can give you our best service.

AFTER CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Keep your lashes dry for 24 HOURS after your appointment. It is tempting to wash your face at night or in the morning but please don't. Water is an enemy to lash glue and extensions during the first 24 hrs. If you need to cleanse your face, simply use a make remover wipe.

Brush your lashes with the spoolie wand that will be provided to you in your welcome packet.

Do NOT use mascara on your extensions.

Don't use any oil based products on or around your lashes.

Stay away from heat. The heat from hair dryers, curling irons, grills, ovens etc... can singe your lash extensions.
