DERMAL FILLERS -

JUVEDERM & RESTYLANE

Juvederm and Restylane are both FDA approved cosmetic

fillers to be used to add and restore volume.

WHAT ARE FILLERS & HOW DO THEY WORK?

Dermal fillers are modified forms of Hyaluronic Acid (HA),

a natural occurring substance in the skin. The FDA has

approved dermal fillers for uses such as lip and cheek

augmentation in patients over the age of 21, and the

correction of contour deficiencies, such as wrinkles and acne

scars. The FDA has also approved fillers for hand augmentation,

which increase the volume of the back of the hands.

Fillers are injected in the skin to help plump, enhance, and add volume to give a more youthful appearance. The  Juvederm/Restylane collections of fillers provide results that are long-lasting and natural looking. Most people use a combination of dermal fillers and Botox treatments to restore a more youthful appearance.

HOW MUCH DO FILLERS COST?

The cost of Dermal Fillers range from $350 for a 1/2 syringe mini lip plump, to $800 per syringe for cheek filler. You can see full break down of our prices of fillers HERE. During your consultation our health care provider will determine what filler would be best for your goals. All pricing is discussed before treatment is started.

BEFORE AND AFTERS OF DERMAL FILLERS

HOW LONG BEFORE I SEE RESULTS?

The great thing about dermal fillers is that results are instant! You will see immediate improvement in the treated area. Most people also experience moderate swelling, so please allow 2 weeks to pass before booking a "touch-up" treatment.

HOW LONG DO FILLER RESULTS LAST?

Results may last from six months to two years depending on the area treated and the product used.

WHAT IS THE TREATMENT PROCEDURE LIKE?

Your aesthetic healthcare provider will take your medical history and then the doctor will discuss your areas of concern and provide a facial analysis. You are involved every step of the way and our goal is to achieve your desired outcome. Depending on the area being treated a topical numbing cream may be applied for 30 minutes before treatment. We also provide dental blocks if needed for lip augmentation. Actual treatment with filler can take anywhere from 20 to 60 minutes.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON'T LIKE MY FILLER?

The main advantage of using HA fillers like Juvederm/Restylane is that both are reversible. You can return to your pre-filler appearance if you don't like the results.

We also provide "dissolving" of HA fillers injected by other health care providers should you not like the results.
